Please understand that your treatment will start and end at the scheduled time to respect and accommodate the next client.
ONLINE BOOKING
When you book an appointment online with us, appointment confirmation emails are sent 48 hours before your appointment as a courtesy. If you confirm your appointment during our email reminder, we will not call you on the day of the scheduled appointment to confirm again.
Lumina Skin is not responsible for unconfirmed or missed appointments.
A $40 Cancel fee will be charged if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment.
GIFT CARDS POLICY
Gift cards are available and can be purchased at the spa or online. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or refund payment transactions on gift cards even if they are lost, misplaced, or stolen.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be applied to tips.
SPECIALS AND PROMOTIONS
Our special spa offers and promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or third-party gift certificates.
PAYMENTS
We accept cash, debit cards, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and gift certificates.
RETURNS AND PRODUCT EXCHANGES
Any unopened and unused product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days.
