Why should I start with the Face Yoga Beginners program?

Face Exercises can be pretty intense and hard to do initially as the poses are NEW to your facial muscles and brain. You have to understand your facial muscles are only used for the same repetitive movements, which is why they, in most cases, become super weak, atrophied, or too tense. 

 

The movements made through face yoga give your muscles a completely new experience, so they have to be SLOW, CONTROLLED, and REPETITIVE.

I have been an esthetician for over 15 years and am fortunate to continue in this beautiful world of beauty. Since the arrival of COVID, I decided to change my path, following my instinct and philosophy of the most natural skincare, only using YOUR TIME AND HANDS.
So now I’m like one of those “2 in 1” creams as I have both medical and now holistic background in helping my clients find beauty from the inside out.
With me, you will learn face yoga exercises, lymphatic massages, gua sha stone, and the correct products to show off healthy and natural skin. I also have my spa studio in Rockville, MD, where you can receive facials, massages, and beauty tools.

HOW TO START?

Our online beginner’s program is the best place to start your journey. This program is designed to train more than 50 muscles in your face, neck, and skull and targets all facial concerns.

During 5 weeks, you will learn 15 super potent face exercises structured in 10 to 15 minutes long to work out the face with this video at anytime, anywhere.

 As an esthetician, I love to use  skincare products that help nourish, hydrate & protect the upper skin layer and combat fine lines, but they won’t help you reduce deep wrinkles, sagging skin, and your facial form. If you practice Face Yoga daily, you will see it.

When will I see the results on my face?

 

  • Temporary results with Face Yoga are immediate. Right after your first face workout, you’ll see the lift and plumpness – especially in your lips and upper eyelids. But not only – you will feel it!

You will feel your face more open and lifted, relaxed and fresh. You might even experience some pain, especially during the exercises for the jaw – which is entirely normal as these muscles can be super tense. 

  • Permanent results will start showing up after FIVE weeks of regular exercise. The first permanent changes appear in the lower face – a toned neck, sculpted jawline, reduced double chin, and plumped lips.                    This usually takes 2-3 months. 

If you want to lift & tone the cheeks + reduce nasolabial folds, you must practice regularly for approximately 6 months. 

  • Mimic lines on the forehead and the so-called “11 lines” are the most stubborn ones – especially if they’re super deep and are “sitting” on your face for years. Improving this area takes approximately 8 months and requires you to be more conscious of your emotions & facial expressions – mimics.

But indeed, results vary from person to person. If you’re healthy, have a good lifestyle, sleep & eat well, and manage stress well, the results will come to you sooner. The same goes if you’re younger, as your body’s regeneration process is way faster.
