This experience  will invite you to transform skin  and your entire lifestyle.

 

You will learn my method to detoxify, contour and sculpt your face, with natural techniques such as facial yoga, breathing exercises and lymphatic massages.

Trust me, I could never recommend a method that doesn’t work. In fact, for three years, I did Botox on myself and recommended it to my clients. I regretted it when I realized that my facial expressions had changed.

 

Until one day, I woke up! I found out how much damage it was doing to my skin. My face was slowly losing shape. That day, I stopped believing in this method that I used  and I also offered for so many years (thinking it was the best).

 

Even though it was my main source of income, and part of my family’s livelihood, I could no longer recommend it because I no longer believed in it.

 

It was at that moment  I decided to try a natural beauty method, without adverse effects. This is how I came to facial yoga. I combined it with the skincare routines that I already knew, some tools that I was learning – such as guashas and facial suction cups- , and I began to see results that surprised me.

Our face has many muscles. If you exercise them, like those of our body, the facial muscles can also be toned.

These exercises help to smooth out those annoying wrinkles, improve facial swelling, double chin and even recover the symmetry of our face.

That is why I say that, it is not magic. It’s science.

When you begin to consistently practice the facial routine that I teach…

  • Your headaches and bruxism will decrease.
  • It will improve the symmetry of your face and you will say goodbye to swelling.
  • You will feel more energy at the beginning and the end of the day.
  • Your skin, and your entire face will look brighter.
  • You will feel better about yourself and more confident.

Maybe it seems too good for a workshop of only a few hours. The secret is the consistency you apply to the routine that I am going to teach you.

Are there faster solutions?

Yes. However, I do not recommend them because…

If you’re thinking about a faster alternative like Botox, I should tell you to think twice. I already told you about my experience, and I am not the only one who suffered the adverse effects of this very invasive method.

 

Famous celebrities like Nicole Kidman or Cameron Diaz, after many years, were encouraged to admit that botox stole their expression and changed their faces more than they would have liked.

 

In addition, you will have to deal with postoperative pain, the dependency generated by these methods – once is never enough, you need more and more -, and the very high economic investment that it implies.

 

The “fast” has a high cost. That’s why I decided to be a facial yoga teacher and combine this practice with my skin wisdom. This is how I found a technique that, although it is not fast, is effective.

If you want to get deeply into facial yoga and learn everything about this technique, this is the right option for you.

 

This workshop is divided into 3 levels, each one will expand your knowledge about facial yoga. At each level you will learn new exercises that will help you firm and rejuvenate your skin.

 

You will have a full range of facial yoga, breathing and massage exercises to achieve the result you want for your skin and face.

    • How to give yourself a lymphatic drainage and anti-aging massage, as soon as you get out of bed.
    • Basic facial yoga exercises that will firm your skin. I will show you each step and tell you at what times of the day you can do them. I will also send you a QR video for you to practice at home.
    • Breathing exercises to calm the mind.
    • The correct skincare products for a healthy skin.

    • Daily routine products and exercises, according to your needs.

    You can replicate this sequence of products and exercises wherever you are – whether at home or traveling in any place of the world -.

In addition to everything you will learn in class, you will have all the necessary complementary material to continue practicing and perfecting your technique.

    1. Gather a minimum group of 5 friends who want to do this workshop.
    2. Choose the location where you want to live the experience:

    – In your house or in your friend’s house. In this case, if there are 6 participants or more, the hostess gets the workshop totally free.

    – Outdoors or in a park wich it’s a wonderful experience

    – We also have Blueberry Gardens and more!

    – If we make it virtual, all participants will need to have ZOOM.

Me apliqué botox durante 3 años de mi vida, sin darme cuenta del daño que me estaba haciendo. Cuando llegó la pandemia y dejé de aplicarlo, a medida que pasaban los días, mi rostro empezó a ser muy distinto al que solía ser. Ya no me reconocía al espejo.
